Overview

I delivered a comprehensive brand identity for KBA Real Estate, a boutique property firm. My goal was to create a professional visual language that worked across their international offices in Dubai and Paris.

This project involved a complete overhaul of their existing visual assets. I aimed to build a cohesive look that would resonate with their high-end clientele.

The project spanned four months of intensive design work. I ensured every touchpoint, from physical cards to digital social media posts, felt premium and aligned with the brand's core values.

The Problem

The company lacked a unified brand identity across their various locations. Their existing materials felt disjointed and failed to leave a professional impression on their international clients.

They struggled to maintain consistency in how their brand appeared online and in print. This lack of clear standards hindered their ability to stand out in the competitive real estate market.

I identified that they needed a fresh, modern aesthetic. The firm needed to bridge the gap between their French roots and their active market presence in Dubai.

My Approach

I began by analyzing their market positioning and competitor landscape. I wanted the new brand to feel sophisticated yet approachable to a diverse global audience.

My design process started with a complete re-imagining of their core logo. I experimented with various forms and typography to find a shape that felt timeless and versatile.

I focused on modular design elements that could scale easily across different formats. This allowed the brand to remain recognizable whether it was on a large building sign or a small mobile screen.

The Solution

I designed a full identity system including a refreshed logo and a structured stationery suite. I created detailed guidelines for both print and digital assets to ensure future consistency.

I implemented smart features like dynamic QR codes on business cards. These codes linked directly to client contact details, adding a layer of modern efficiency to their networking.

I also delivered a complete set of social media templates. This gave the team a structured grid and post style that they could maintain easily on their own.

Technical Stack

  • Adobe Photoshop for image processing and high-end visual edits.
  • Adobe Illustrator for vector logo and stationery design.
  • Adobe InDesign for final layout and print preparation.
  • Creative Cloud tools for asset management and consistency.

Results & Impact

I provided the client with a professional, unified look that successfully represented their international identity. The refined visual system helped them present a more authoritative and modern image to their buyers.

The feedback was positive, and the team was able to launch their new identity across their offices seamlessly. By providing high-quality mockups and final files, I ensured the transition to their new branding was smooth and efficient.

This work strengthened their market presence, especially in digital spaces where a strong visual identity is critical for building initial trust with clients.

Key Takeaways

  • I learned that consistent visual standards are essential for firms operating in multiple countries.
  • A well-designed logo needs to be scalable, functional, and reflective of the brand's unique character.
  • Digital tools like integrated QR codes add tangible value to traditional marketing materials.
