Overview

I developed a comprehensive online portal for KBA Real Estate to manage their property listings. The goal was to provide an accessible and efficient interface for their clients in both Paris and Dubai.

I designed the system to act as a central digital hub for their inventory. By digitizing their offerings, I helped the firm modernize how they showcase properties to potential buyers.

This project was essential for establishing a unified presence across their two major office locations. It allowed them to track listing updates in real-time.

The Problem

The firm previously relied on manual methods for property management. The team tracked listings using a mix of WhatsApp, Excel sheets, and scattered local files.

This disorganized approach caused significant delays and communication gaps. Important listing information was often outdated or difficult to locate for the agents.

I identified that the lack of a centralized database was the main obstacle to their growth. Without a structured workflow, the team wasted too much time on administrative data entry.

My Approach

I started by auditing their existing manual processes to understand the data flow. I wanted to ensure the new portal directly mirrored their actual sales operations.

I designed a clean, user-friendly interface that allowed agents to manage property details effortlessly. I prioritized simplicity to ensure that even non-technical staff could update information instantly.

My focus was on building a robust system that supported scalability. I ensured that each property listing was displayed with clear pricing, high-quality information, and relevant contact details.

The Solution

I delivered a complete, custom online portal that included dedicated pages for every property listing. I built in comprehensive listing management features with automated data tracking.

Each agent was provided with tools to register new properties efficiently. I integrated a registration flow that categorized properties automatically to keep the directory organized for users.

I also implemented direct CRM integration for each listing. This ensured that every inquiry submitted on the site was captured and routed to the correct agent automatically.
