Project Details
Overview
I developed a custom web application for Seabright Coast, a maritime export company operating in the United Arab Emirates with branch offices across Jordan and Kuwait. Built for client Mahmoud, the project served a dual purpose: establishing a professional digital showcase to represent the brand's regional operations and delivering an integrated CRM system to capture and manage customer leads generated directly through the website.
The Problem
Seabright Coast required a centralized online platform to represent its regional maritime export business across the UAE, Jordan, and Kuwait. In addition to brand visibility, the company needed an structured way to capture incoming inquiries from website visitors and process those leads directly through a CRM system without relying on disconnected messaging or manual tracking.
My Approach
I structured the project around two core deliverables: a public-facing business vitrine and a lead management workflow. I used Adobe graphic software to prepare visual design assets for the interface. For the application development, I combined HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front-end interface, while applying Python and C-based programming techniques to support the underlying application logic and lead data handling.
The Solution
The completed web application acts as both a corporate digital showcase and a functional lead collection portal. When prospective clients visit the website, they can view information about Seabright Coast's maritime export capabilities. When visitors submit inquiries, the embedded lead handling logic captures their details and routes them into the integrated CRM environment for administrator follow-up.
Technical Stack
I used the following technologies to build the application and lead management features:
- HTML: I used it to structure the core layouts and content elements of the web application.
- CSS: I used it to design the visual layout, styling, and responsive presentation across the pages.
- Python: I implemented it to support back-end data logic and lead processing routines.
- JavaScript: I used it to add interactive front-end elements and handle form submissions.
- C: I applied C-based programming methods for underlying system functions and logic components.
- Adobe: I used Adobe graphic software to design visual assets and branding elements.
Results & Impact
The completed web application gives Seabright Coast a dedicated digital vitrine to represent its maritime export operations across the UAE, Jordan, and Kuwait. By linking website inquiry forms with a CRM system, the solution allows the company to direct incoming sales inquiries into one structured administrative system, fulfilling the client's functional and operational goals.
Key Takeaways
- Integrated lead capture: The web application connects visitor inquiry channels directly into a CRM system for structured lead handling.
- Regional brand representation: The platform showcases Seabright Coast's maritime export presence across its UAE, Jordan, and Kuwait branches.
- Full-stack implementation: I combined HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, C, and Adobe design software to deliver both the front-end presentation and back-end logic.
